Since our custom kilts and skirts are hand-tailored in Scotland, production typically takes 4 to 6 weeks. Shipping times vary by destination, but we provide tracking numbers as soon as your heritage piece is dispatched.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship our authentic Highland wear worldwide. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
What is your return policy for custom items?
Custom-made items, such as tailored kilts and personalized crest jewelry, cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect. Ready-to-wear accessories and knitwear can be returned within 30 days of receipt.
Are your tartans authentic?
Absolutely. All our tartans are sourced from traditional mills in Scotland and are woven from 100% pure new wool, ensuring they meet the official standards of the Scottish Register of Tartans.
Can I request a tartan that isn't listed on your website?
We have access to thousands of clan, district, and universal tartans. If you cannot find your specific name, please contact our support team and we will check our mill archives for availability.
