At ScotClans, we want you to be completely satisfied with your highland wear and clan heritage items. If your purchase isn't quite right, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all authentic clan tags and labels are securely attached.

• 3.
  Ship to Scotland

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our workshop inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
